Welcome to Swans 2023 - 2024!
We hope you enjoy looking at our learning on this page.
Please ensure your child brings their book bag, reading book, story book and their water bottle into school each day.
Please remember to check Google Classroom regularly for home learning, information on our current topic as well as the phonics we are learning in class.
Thank you,
Mrs Rafter
We really enjoyed planting our own beans. Hopefully they will grow nice and tall, just like Jack's! We look at some information books so that we knew what we would need to make sure they grew.
As part of the whole-school celebration of Anti Bullying week we learnt about the importance of Teamwork. We did this with Herons class and read stories about teamwork and talked about why it's important to help each other. We then had some challenges that we had to complete while working together. It was lots of fun!
Thank you to everyone who came to the Swans Teddy Bear's Picnic. We all had a lovely time!
We really enjoyed our visit from PC Rafter. He brought the police van to show us and explained what a police officers job is.
Thank you to Dr Alaa for coming to see us and teaching us all about what a Doctor does. We really enjoyed the visit and were inspired to become Doctors ourselves!
