Applying for a Primary School Place To start September 2027
Applications for applying for a primary school place open on Friday 6th November 2026 and the closing date for applications is Friday 15th January 2027. You can apply for up to 3 schools and must put them in order of preference.
To apply for your child’s primary school place, apply online at www.kent.gov.uk/ola the closing date is mid-night on Friday 15th January 2027.
If you are unable to apply online please email kentonlineadmissions@kent.gov.uk for an alternative method.

Online Applications
We recommend that you apply for your child’s place online at:

If you apply online your place offer will be sent by email. This will be after 4pm on Friday 16th April 2027. It is important that you check your ‘junk’ email inbox too! You will also receive an offer letter in the post. You can also log in to your online account from 5pm on the 16th April 2027 to view your offer.
After you get your school offer
Once you have your school offer, you must ensure you either accept or refuse your school place by date to be advised by Kent County Council. For further information please visit:

Admission Appeals 2027

If your child is due to start Primary school in September 2027, you can appeal if you are refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (Friday 16th April 2027). You needed to submit your appeal before date to be advised by KCC for it to be considered before the end of the school year. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education. For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education. |
In Year Admissions
If you wish to move your child to our school within the current school year, you are required to complete an In Year Common Application form and return it to us by email or by post. We will then write to you advising you of the outcome of your application.
