PUPIL PERFORMANCE REPORT

The following tables detail the schools’ standards of achievement in 2022 and 2019 at Key Stage 1 and 2. Please note: no primary test or exam data has been published for 2020 and 2021 and that our 2019 is the last data which was published Nationally due to Coronavirus. In all key performance indicators standards are above the national average.

Pupils in Year 6 (end of Key Stage 2) are assessed using national Statutory Assessment Tests in reading, maths, grammar, punctuation and spelling. In these tests pupil’s raw scores are converted into a scaled scored to decide if pupils have met or exceeded the expected standard for the end of the Key Stage. In writing pupil’s attainment is assessed by teachers against a national framework.

A scaled scored of 100 is needed to have achieved the nationally expected standard. Pupils with a scaled score of 110 or above in the tests are considered to have exceeded the expected standard.

Pupils in Year 2 (end of Key Stage 1) are assessed by teachers using the outcomes of national tests (SATs) and teacher assessment against a national framework in reading, maths and writing.

For further information, please see the leaflets Information for parents KS1 and Information for parents KS2 from the Standards and Testing Agency.
