Our Mission Statement

At the heart of The Gateway community, every child is nurtured to reach their full potential.

 

We seek to achieve our mission statement by:

 

Ensuring all pupils can achieve their full potential through a love of learning

 

Promoting a community ethos which supports self-worth, value and respect for others

 

Nurturing an attitude of self-belief and confidence as individuals

 

Developing an understanding that positive risk-taking and self-evaluation is an essential stepping-stone in successful learning

 

Providing a welcoming environment that is safe, secure, happy and stimulating

 

Working together to meet the needs of each individual through inclusive practices

 

Maximising learning opportunities through partnership with parents and the wider community
