This week, (Wednesday 15th November) some of our Year 5 and 6 children had the opportunity to take part in The Community Cup football tournament. They all did an excellent job representing our school and should be incredibly proud of their teamwork and sportsmanship.
On Tuesday 7th November, a group of Year 3 and 4 students were selected to represent The Gateway Primary Academy in a football tournament at Downsview Community Primary School. They showed great sportsmanship and did themselves and our school proud. Well done to all who took part, we look forward to the next football tournament
On Tuesday 16th May, Mr Guildford took a team of girls to play in the annual Swanley District Girls Football Tournament. The girls played really well and played with great determination. They played four games, winning two, drawing one and losing one. As a result they unfortunately missed out on the semi-finals because another team had scored more goals. Well done to the six girls from Eagles that took part – Kotryna, Matilda, Lillie-Jane, Elisheba, Didi and Gabby.
