    We Are Beams

    We Are Beams | Supporting Disabled Children and Young People

    We are Beams are a local charity who support children, young people and their families.  They provide a range of support from SEND and legal advice to family respite.

    Support Group

    Our support groups offer guidance to parents and carers and are run by our Family Advice Service.

    Hextable at We Are Beams:

    When:  16th October and 4th December 
    Time:    10am until 12pm
    Where:      We Are Beams, Allsworth Court, 38-40 St David’s Road, Hextable, Kent BR8 7RJ

    Gravesend at Ifield Smile:

    When:  14th October and 20th January
    Time:    10am until 12pm
    Where:      Ifield Smile, Cedar Avenue, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 5JT

    1-2-1 Advice and Support 

    Our experienced team can help you to prioritise the key areas of support needed.Our Family Advice clinics take place weekly (term-time only) at the following venues 

    Dartford *New Venue*:

    When:  Tuesdays term time only, starting 9th September
    Time:    9.30am – 2pm
    Where: Dartford Valley Rugby Club, Cotton Lane, Dartford DA2 6PD

    Sevenoaks:

    When:  Wednesdays term time only, starting 10th September
    Time:   10am – 2pm
    Where: House in the Basement, Youth Cafe, Stag Community Arts Centre, London Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1ZZ

    Gravesend:

    When:  Thursdays term time only, starting 11 September
    Time:   10.30 am – 2pm
    Where: The Maltings, City Praise Centre, 9-11 Lower Road, Gravesend, DA12 2LY

    Father's Club

    This club offers support and guidance to fathers and grandfathers of children with Autism. You are also welcome if you work with a family that has a child with ASD.

    The group will take place at We Are Beams on
