MIND

Home - Mind

Mind provide free mental health support for adults in England.  They also provide support and guidance for helping children and young people under 18.

North Kent Mind, our local mental health charity, is offering fast track counselling service designed to provide timely and affordable support for parents who may be experiencing challenges or simply feel they would benefit from someone to talk to.

This service is delivered by qualified, experienced counsellors at a reduced rate of £40–£45 per session, compared with the typical private sector cost of £60–£70. Waiting times are minimal—often just a couple of weeks—ensuring that those who wish to access support can do so without long delays.

North Kent Mind is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our local community, and they hope to make parents aware of this resources available to them. If you would like to learn more about the service or have any questions, you are welcome to contact North Kent Mind directly. Further details can also be found on their website.
