Year 6 Transition

During Term 6, secondary school visits and transition activities take place for Year 6 pupils. Please ensure you contact your secondary school to find out when these will be taking place.

Please visit your child's secondary website and review:

Key Information:

• School Rules and Expectations, any afterschool clubs, arrangements for lunch (including prices), uniform and equipment, staff information - who will be your child's form tutor?, timetable/important times of day.

Getting to school:

• Look at the school on maps/street view, plan their route to the secondary school, do a practice run getting to school and home, research the school
